About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage pension administration for Local and GCC citizens via GPSSA portal
- Monitor compliance with UAE localization requirements and MOHRE reporting
- Ensure WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and monthly payment accuracy
- Oversee HRMS administration, onboarding, offboarding, and MOFA system records
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and payroll
- Coordinate visa processing and insurance matters with PROs
- Oversee office management, including supplies, maintenance, and licensing
- Manage company accommodation renewals and landlord portal liaisons
- Lead and manage a team of 7 employees including typists, admins, and PROs
- Oversee team performance, workload distribution, and training needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR and administrative management
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and compliance
- Proficiency in pension administration and WPS compliance
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM
