HR and Administration Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage pension administration for Local and GCC citizens via GPSSA portal
• Monitor compliance with UAE localization requirements and MOHRE reporting
• Ensure WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and monthly payment accuracy
• Oversee HRMS administration, onboarding, offboarding, and MOFA system records
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and payroll
• Coordinate visa processing and insurance matters with PROs
• Oversee office management, including supplies, maintenance, and licensing
• Manage company accommodation renewals and landlord portal liaisons
• Lead and manage a team of 7 employees including typists, admins, and PROs
• Oversee team performance, workload distribution, and training needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR and administrative management
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and compliance
• Proficiency in pension administration and WPS compliance
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM
