HR BP/HRD (Core Business Unit)

Responsibilities

• Ensure effectiveness of business unit personnel against strategic and financial goals
• Manage staffing and successful completion of probationary periods
• Foster employee engagement, motivation and retention
• Implement and enforce HR processes and policy compliance within the business unit
• Monitor manager and employee satisfaction with the HR function

Requirements

• 4+ years in a similar HR BP/HRD role at an international digital, IT or product company
• Operational experience with the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training, succession, termination, performance evaluation
• Payroll budget, turnover and engagement management with measurable impact; C&B and analytics experience
• Strong project management skills
• Stress resistance and ability to work under uncertainty and multitasking
• Fluent Russian and English
