HR Business Partner - 12 Months FTC

Responsibilities

• Partner with Maison HR and business leaders on people initiatives
• Build relationships with boutique teams through on-the-ground presence in Abu Dhabi and Mall of the Emirates
• Coach and advise managers and employees on people and organisational matters
• Support recruitment, workforce planning and talent pipelines for the boutique network
• Lead succession planning, career committees, internal mobility and development plans
• Partner with Learning & Development on capability needs
• Support compensation, annual salary review and budget planning
• Lead employee relations matters, partnering with Legal where required
• Use HR data and insights to recommend actions

Requirements

• HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience in a customer-focused environment
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on people matters
• Broad HR knowledge across talent, recruitment, development, compensation and employee relations
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset and comfort analysing HR data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within luxury, retail or a multi-brand environment
