Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations
- Handle recruitment and employee relations
- Oversee onboarding and documentation
- Manage HR administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Strong recruitment and employee relations skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
