Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance to team members and managers on behaviour and performance
  • Partner with line managers on employee relations and global policies
  • Process employee changes, joiners, and leavers accurately and on time
  • Manage benefit programs across EMEA or AMER locations
  • Liaise with finance on monthly payroll and related enquiries
  • Support onboarding, benefit administration, and departures
  • Automate and reduce administrative tasks through critical thinking
  • Lead HR system development, integration, and advocacy
  • Produce data-driven reports to inform HR initiatives
  • Create and maintain corporate policies with global consistency and local application
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through internal resource groups

  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications
  • Practical insights into EMEA or AMER HR practices and employment laws

  • Discretion, sound judgement, tact, and diplomacy

  • Willingness to travel up to four times yearly
