HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll records and partner with Finance to review semi-monthly payroll across all companies
• Manage new employee onboarding, including payroll and benefit setup and orientations
• Maintain digital employee records and assist with drafting employment documents
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR questions
• Administer benefits, act as main contact with providers and reconcile benefit deductions monthly
• Assist managers with performance management and HR compliance training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations
• Effective HR administration and people management skills
• Exposure to payroll practices

• Experience with Paylocity
