Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for full-time employees and contractors
• Manage day-to-day HRIS administration and ensure data integrity
• Support key areas like employee visa processes and leave management
• Serve as a reliable first point of contact for employee relations matters
• Act as a trusted resource for employees regarding benefits and company policies
• Partner with the HR manager to drive programs like performance reviews, open enrollment, and engagement surveys

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Associate, or people operations role
• Solid understanding of core HR functions including benefits, leave administration, and employment law basics
• High emotional intelligence and good judgment regarding sensitive employee situations
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Rippling experience is a strong plus)
• High ownership mindset and a team-first attitude
