About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting HR risk assessments and control testing (RCSA)
- Monitor and close Key Risk Indicators on the GRC system
- Support execution and documentation of BRCC meetings
- Support disciplinary actions and closure on the E-HR system
- Track and follow up on Corrective Action Plans and audit observations
- Support MIS team in preparing Central Bank reports
- Manage HR group balanced scorecard and follow up with departments
- Support development and updates of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field
- 1+ years in an HR-related role with MIS or operational risk experience
- Experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
