Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
  • Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries
  • Support HR projects such as policy development, performance management, and employee surveys
  • Conduct research on HR best practices to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience or relevant coursework related to Human Resources
