HR Intern - Emirati National

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR documents
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
• Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations
• Assist with organizing HR files and ensuring information accuracy

Requirements

• Fresh or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience in HR
• Ability to handle information with confidentiality and professionalism
