About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Human Resources function for the MCV Cargo Business Unit in the UAE
- Ensure effective delivery of HR services across the entire employee lifecycle
- Support business objectives through strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee learning and development, compensation, and benefits programs
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor legislation and company policies
