About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll and process changes (new hires, terminations, raises, bonuses, PTO) in JustWorks
- Enroll new hires in benefits and administer open enrollment
- Maintain employee files, policies, and handbook; keep records audit-ready
- Own and manage the Greenhouse ATS and the full hiring lifecycle
- Run orientation, onboarding, and offboarding workflows including exit interviews
- Build and run performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation cycles
- Plan recognition and culture events, and support the India Team
Requirements
- 8+ years in HR Operations or Generalist roles, ideally at a SaaS company
- Hands-on payroll and benefits administration in a PEO or HRIS
- Experience running offer and onboarding processes in an ATS
- Experience in a remote or hybrid organization
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)
- Exposure to international or contractor employment
- Experience supporting an acquisition or integration
- Experience preparing HR records for an audit
