About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Emiratisation, MOHRE, GPSSA, and NAFIS
- Manage employee permits, insurance, licenses, and regulatory documentation
- Oversee workplace operations, facilities, vendor management, and office budgets
- Lead workplace improvement initiatives and business continuity planning
- Develop and oversee training and employee development initiatives
- Provide leadership to the HR & Office Operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation, GPSSA, and NAFIS
- Experience in HR operations, compliance, and payroll coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (KEKA preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
