HR Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as contracts, letters, and official correspondence
• Coordinate onboarding formalities including document collection and HR orientation
• Manage offboarding procedures including clearance and exit interviews
• Collect, verify, and submit payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leaves
• Manage leave requests, approvals, and balances in the HRMS
• Coordinate with government systems (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) for employment processes
• Support visa processing, renewals, and related HR documentation
• Assist with HR audits, compliance reports, and internal process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration in the UAE
• Experience with HRMS systems
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government HR procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
