About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly end-to-end payroll process, validating and reconciling inputs
- Process overtime, allowances, deductions, variable pay and final settlements per UAE labour rules
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, documentation and system access
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and process salary revisions
- Maintain employee data in HRIS platforms and generate HR reports
- Ensure HR operations comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- 3-5 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations or Payroll Administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE payroll practices and labour legislation
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably Workday
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR data reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
