HR & People Operations Expert

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR and people operations tasks drawn from real workflows
• Define objective grading criteria so qualified reviewers reach the same verdict
• Build tasks requiring judgment rather than lookup
• Create or source supporting materials such as policies, payroll reports and agreements
• Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks instead of submitting them
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at required quality

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on payroll, workforce planning, HR policy or employee lifecycle experience
• Experience creating or applying structured HR standards and checklists
• Comfortable working across spreadsheets, reports and policy documents
• Strong English, written and spoken, B2 minimum

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD or PHR
• C1 English level
• AI or LLM evaluation experience
