HR Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects across multiple functional areas
• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders
• Manage HR workstreams associated with system enhancements and implementations, including Workday
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and action items
• Provide portfolio-level reporting to HR leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies, tools, and practices
• Ability to pass a background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Previous experience in Human Resources or managing HR projects
• Experience with Workday or other enterprise HR technologies
• Experience in government contracting or highly regulated environments
