HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies
• Manage employment contracts, renewals, visas, Emirates IDs, and government documentation
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready employee files and HRIS data
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, WPS compliance, and benefits administration
• Partner with Finance on payroll processing, employee cost allocation, and workforce reporting
• Manage HR submissions and regulatory reporting with MOHRE and support Emiratisation tracking
• Execute and enforce HR policies consistently across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, WPS, and employment contracts
• Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP
