About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, post, and optimize job openings on various platforms
- Design and manage application and screening processes
- Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates
- Present job offers to successful candidates
- Explore new platforms and tools to enhance recruitment processes
- Develop and document HR procedures
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires
- Organize online and offline team gatherings to foster engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Experience in performance coaching
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
