About the role
Requirements
- 5+ years Workday reporting and analytics experience with a university degree, or 3+ years with a master's degree
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues and validate data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel)
- Experience within an HR function
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to validate data, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights
- Recommend scalable technical solutions for reporting issues
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
