About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Workday HCM Core configuration
- Support HRIS initiatives through requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
- Configure Workday business processes, notifications, and condition rules
- Create and maintain Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes
- Partner with HR stakeholders to support system improvements
- Support Workday releases and perform regression testing
- Maintain system documentation and configuration guides
- Assist with data validation and auditing
Requirements
- Experience working directly with HR stakeholders
- Experience supporting Absence Management, Time Tracking, and/or Payroll
- Knowledge of integrations, business process frameworks, and data structures in Workday
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
