About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical HubSpot implementations, integrations, and migrations
- Design scalable, tailored solutions using HubSpot features and third-party integrations
- Act as a client point of contact for discovery, requirements definition, and sprint management
- Create process maps and diagrams using tools like LucidChart
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct client training
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads and technical resources to execute tasks and ensure quality
- Plan, configure, and manage HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and APIs
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in Technology, Sales, or Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale CRM implementations
- Strong technical grasp of 3+ HubSpot hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data/Ops, Content/CMS)
- Solid understanding of third-party systems integrations, data modeling, and API/webhooks
- Experience with project management tools and tracking project status
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within scope and budget
