About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities related to policy implementation, recruitment, and talent management
- Manage HR processes including onboarding, transfers, employee records, and immigration
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Facilitate new employee orientation and training on company policies
- Support the resolution of day-to-day employee relations issues
- Adhere to EHS policies and assist in preparing risk assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
