Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR issues for assigned boutique hotel clients
• Maintain and manage employee records in digital HRIS and physical systems
• Execute onboarding, induction, and exit formalities including clearance and settlement
• Manage timekeeping systems, attendance, and roster/shift scheduling
• Administer leave management processes and ensure compliance
• Collate payroll inputs, process payroll, and ensure statutory deductions
• Oversee accommodation allocation and track company assets
• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for hospitality staff
• Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning with General Managers
• Support business development by showcasing HR best practices during client pitches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in hospitality or HR outsourcing
• Proven expertise in payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliance
• Experience with HRIS, ERP, or payroll software
• Knowledge of Indian Labor Laws; GCC/UAE exposure is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
