Human Resources Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement workforce-planning policies, procedures, projects, and approved completion targets
• Identify strategic direction and future workforce requirements and competencies
• Study and determine manpower needs in coordination with organizational units
• Maintain an accurate inventory of current vacancies
• Analyze staffing levels, supply and demand, productivity, turnover, and attrition
• Prepare and update job descriptions, workforce structures, and position data
• Analyze Emiratization reports and indicators and submit recommendations
• Prepare workforce dashboards, scenarios, forecasts, and risk assessments
• Ensure workforce plans align with approved budget and organizational structure
• Coordinate with recruitment, finance, and organizational development teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HR with 2+ years experience, Bachelor’s with 4+ years, or Diploma with 6+ years
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and HR analytics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, HR dashboards, ERP, or HRIS preferred
• Understanding of Emiratization and UAE government workforce-planning practices
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or 7
• SHRM-CP
• HR Management Diploma
• Workforce planning or HR analytics credentials
