About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR Relationship Manager for assigned hotel clients, ensuring prompt query resolution and proactive HR support
- Conduct regular review checks on HR Executive outputs including records, compliance registers, and payroll delivery
- Audit HR processes periodically for accuracy, adherence to SLAs, and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present consolidated HR reports for client management and leadership
- Ensure professional communication with client Hotel General Managers and Owners
- Supervise and mentor a team of HR Executives deployed at client boutique hotels
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and statutory filings to protect against financial penalties
- Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 12 years of HR experience
- At least five years of executive HR experience
- At least five years of international HR experience
- Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor law
- Hands-on experience with HR software (ERP, HRIS, ATS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
