Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with IB students online to tutor specific subjects
• Provide focused exam preparation or steady long-term support
• Explain complex concepts and work through problems with students
• Set homework and provide follow-up feedback after sessions
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Requirements

• Current or past experience teaching in an IB World School
• Deep subject matter expertise and understanding of IB expectations
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and naturally
• Confidence teaching online and engaging students in a virtual setting
• Prior tutoring experience
• Reliable hardware including a laptop, microphone, and stable internet connection
