About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a senior managing director
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across UK, US and Europe time zones
- Organize international travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels and visas
- Track meetings and update information in Salesforce CRM
- Help coordinate roadshows and marketing trips
- Collate marketing materials with Marketing Assistants
- Reconcile monthly professional expenses using Concur
- Report monthly professional time management using Kronos
Requirements
- EA experience from a similar professional or corporate background
- Advanced MS Office Suite
- Experience of diary management and travel
- Strong team player in a small team
- Good communication skills and ability to set priorities independently
- Flexibility to work out of hours
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Concur, Zoom and Book-It system
