ICT Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Advise delegation management on ICT-related matters and technology solutions to support operational objectives
• Ensure implementation and effective use of information systems and integration with global systems
• Implement and adapt ICT policies, procedures, and standards to the local operational context
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with local providers
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of communications infrastructure
• Ensure ICT security measures align with organizational and operational security standards
• Supervise testing of ICT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks
• Lead and manage ICT support teams to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements

• Degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or related field
• ICT management certification (ITIL or equivalent)
• Microsoft Certification (MCSA level)
• Professional proficiency (C1 Level) in English and French
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service operation management
• At least 2 years of confirmed experience in people management
• Mandatory knowledge of wireless technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, or Russian
