About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise delegation management on ICT-related matters and technology solutions to support operational objectives
- Ensure implementation and effective use of information systems and integration with global systems
- Implement and adapt ICT policies, procedures, and standards to the local operational context
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with local providers
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of communications infrastructure
- Ensure ICT security measures align with organizational and operational security standards
- Supervise testing of ICT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks
- Lead and manage ICT support teams to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
- Degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or related field
- ICT management certification (ITIL or equivalent)
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA level)
- Professional proficiency (C1 Level) in English and French
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT service operation management
- At least 2 years of confirmed experience in people management
- Mandatory knowledge of wireless technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, or Russian
