About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Free Zone Department
- Process Entry Permit (EP) applications with expertise in English-Arabic data entry
- Handle visa-related processes including cancellation, renewal, and transfer
- Process Emirates ID cards, salary letters, and NOCs in both Immigration and Free Zone portal systems
- Manage all online HR and Free Zone portal processes, ensuring updates are accurate and timely
- Maintain trackers, reports, and records effectively
- Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Resolve issues related to Free Zone portal operations and propose enhancements to portal features
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in government or free zone operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and Free Zone portal systems
- Excellent data entry skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
