Impact Lead (Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly working-party meetings with curriculum teams across partnerships
• Meet fortnightly with fundraising committees and coordinate partnership activity
• Prepare and support teacher trips to Malawi and Nepal
• Identify and engage current and prospective schools
• Maintain termly learner reach tracker and staff involvement data
• Deliver in-school workshops for students and support teachers with planning
• Contribute to media articles and coordinate partnership content

Requirements

• Experience managing partnerships or projects, ideally in education or charity sector
• Strong relationship-building skills with teachers and school leaders
• Excellent organisation, trip logistics and risk assessment
• Confident facilitating student workshops
• Clear written communication with an eye for data and storytelling
• Flexibility across time zones and willingness to travel
