Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, owning plans, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live.
• Run discovery sessions to understand clinical, operational, data migration, and integration needs.
• Partner with client clinical and operational leaders to design and implement workflows aligned to best practices.
• Navigate API/SDK concepts to unblock workflows, including troubleshooting API resources and translating workflows into SDK-backed solutions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control to keep projects moving.
• Lead stabilization and transition to ongoing support and customer success teams post-go-live.

Requirements

• Implementation experience in healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR, practice management, or adjacent health tech.
• Strong project management fundamentals including scoping, milestones, and RAID management.
• Technical curiosity and ability to become conversant in APIs and SDKs quickly.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on complex issues.
• Ability to approach ambiguous problems with a hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Experience with go-live planning and launch support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training clinical staff and building enablement materials.
• Familiarity with data migration concepts.
