Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations from discovery through go-live
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress
• Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams
• Document processes, requirements, and configuration specifications
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams for seamless handoffs

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or consulting
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Proficiency in project management planning and risk management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with colleges, universities, or the education sector
• Familiarity with agile environments
