About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations from discovery through go-live
- Manage multiple concurrent client projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress
- Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams
- Document processes, requirements, and configuration specifications
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams for seamless handoffs
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or consulting
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proficiency in project management planning and risk management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with colleges, universities, or the education sector
- Familiarity with agile environments
