Implementation Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.
• Support AI enabled implementations and onboarding by partnering with relevant technical and cross-functional teams.
• Execute and validate production deliveries while maintaining high standards for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement to resolve issues.
• Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Drive automation, documentation, and process improvements to make implementation operations more scalable.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and data fundamentals
• Ability to investigate data and troubleshoot delivery workflows
• Aptitude to learn AI technologies and AI-enabled implementation workflows
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or Airflow
• Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience
• SaaS implementation or technical onboarding experience
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and AI-enabled workflows
