About the role
Responsibilities
- Own complex, multi-month deployments end to end across several health systems
- Advise C-suite executives and nursing leaders on redesigning labor planning and staffing
- Align cross-functional stakeholders through enterprise-wide go-lives
- Design and refine repeatable deployment playbooks for academic medical centers
- Develop a launch motion for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll builds
- Partner with GTM and Customer Success on client success processes
- Work with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive ARR growth through expansion
Requirements
- Clear communication across frontline clinicians to C-suite executives
- Experience managing complex cross-functional deployments from planning through go-live
- Credibility with clinical teams and hospital staff
- Change management experience
- Strong sense of ownership
