About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather data elements from healthcare organization data sources with customers
- Apply knowledge of data management, analysis, visualization, validation and integration
- Provide product training to client end-users, including presentations
- Advise clients on transforming data into financial and operating reporting
- Collaborate across implementation, net revenue, reimbursement and revenue cycle teams
- Develop and train junior team members
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of functional consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Data-driven implementation experience, preferably in healthcare patient accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic or Cerner
- Experience with BI tools, Snowflake and SQL
- Basic understanding of healthcare finance
