About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion
- Gather and analyze client or business requirements to understand implementation needs
- Configure systems, platforms, and tools according to established requirements
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation
- Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Conduct system testing, configuration validation, and quality checks
- Provide training and support to users during onboarding
- Coordinate data migration and system integrations
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and user experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
- Experience managing software, system, or product implementations
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- English proficiency for working with English-speaking clients and documentation
