Implementation Specialist CL

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion
• Gather and analyze client or business requirements
• Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical teams
• Monitor implementation progress, milestones, and deadlines
• Conduct system testing and configuration validation
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues
• Provide training and support to users during onboarding
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and project reports
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Coordinate data migration and system integrations
• Support user acceptance testing
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
• Experience managing or supporting software, system, or product implementations
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation activities
• Experience working with clients, users, or technical teams
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or user onboarding
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
