About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion
- Gather and analyze client or business requirements
- Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to requirements
- Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical teams
- Monitor implementation progress, milestones, and deadlines
- Conduct system testing and configuration validation
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues
- Provide training and support to users during onboarding
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation and project reports
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Coordinate data migration and system integrations
- Support user acceptance testing
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
- Experience managing or supporting software, system, or product implementations
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating implementation activities
- Experience working with clients, users, or technical teams
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or user onboarding
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- English proficiency is required
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
