Incident/Change Governance & Control (ICGC) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support governance and oversight of the Incident Management lifecycle
• Coordinate incident reviews, post-mortem governance, and remediation tracking
• Support governance and oversight of SDLC and Change Management processes
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and change reviews
• Produce executive reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics
• Act as a subject matter expert for governance-related technology platforms
• Drive workflow automation and improvements to governance effectiveness
• Support ownership and maintenance of Incident Management and Change Management procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Production Engineering, or SRE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including usage of AI tools
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools (Excel, Python, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, or control assessments
• Familiarity with operational resilience, governance, risk, and control frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies or SDLC governance practices
• ITIL, Agile, or Product Ownership certifications are a plus
