About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform audits of daily night audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the Controller
- Maintain filing systems for registration cards, credit cards, and restaurant charges
- Control restaurant guest checks and track banquet tickets
- Reconcile garage and miscellaneous revenues
- Complete forecast accuracy reports for rooms, guests, and F&B outlets
- Assist the Cost Controller with month-end storeroom physical inventory
- Prepare period-end closing reports and entries
Requirements
- National academic qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Auditing
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Emma Systems preferred
