About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and own network
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements
- Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process
- Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining
- Maintain candidate records and updates in the ATS
- Bring own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities
Requirements
- 4+ years recruitment experience in the UAE or GCC
- Proven track record of closing positions
- Strong sourcing and search skills
- Strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid UAE residency with freelance permit or trade licence, or ability to obtain one
- Own laptop, phone and internet connection
