About the role
Responsibilities
- Find people who are open to a move in briefed roles
- Get candidates to sign up to Builders through a referral link
- Screen candidates and introduce them to companies
- Run the process through to the offer
Requirements
- Experience sourcing for early-stage (seed through Series B) AI startups
- Strong network in the AI industry
- Ability to work independently using your own tools and automation
