About the role
Responsibilities
- Source candidates against live briefs for early-stage AI startups
- Execute outreach and drive candidate sign-ups via referral links
- Log activity including contacts, channels used, and responses
- Maintain high output per hour of billed time
Requirements
- Proven track record of sourcing for startups that led to hires
- Ability to operate independently from the first week without training
- Proficiency in AI-native sourcing methods or possession of a strong professional network
- Experience working within an agency model
