Industry Lead - Food & Beverage Retail

Responsibilities

• Support P&L management across the portfolio and help business leaders build annual plans
• Track achievement of revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets
• Support portfolio company leaders as a coach and accountability partner
• Track and drive KPIs and implement turnaround strategies for underperformance
• Help portfolio companies navigate leadership transitions and process improvements
• Partner with company leaders to develop growth plans and capital investment strategies
• Serve as a point of contact between network companies and Teamshares
• Identify and drive cross-portfolio synergies and shared services

Requirements

• 2–3 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or business operations
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Ability to build trust and influence experienced operators without direct authority
• Comfort moving between high-level strategy and detailed operational work
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate with imperfect information
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel periodically to portfolio company locations
