IndySoft Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in IndySoft, including managing user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Configure templates, lists, events, workflows, equipment profiles, and reporting layouts
• Assist with data migration and site integration for new locations
• Run queries and reports to maintain data quality and hygiene
• Implement and monitor integrations between IndySoft and other business applications like NetSuite and Salesforce using APIs
• Provide front-line user support and develop training documentation
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements or automation to improve productivity

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering or configuring IndySoft
• 1–4 years of experience in systems administration, business systems analyst, or data analyst roles
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and updates
• Understanding of business application connectivity, including APIs and ETL concepts
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
• Experience with calibration, asset, or quality management systems
• Programming or scripting experience, particularly Python
• Experience supporting NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as metrology or manufacturing
