Influencer & Collaborations Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing global PR and influencer strategies
• Help execute influencer campaigns and partnerships driving awareness and conversion
• Track and analyze influencer performance and prepare campaign reports
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and content creators
• Support press materials, media coverage and PR and influencer events
• Assist with influencer gifting and outreach, and inquiries received through the inbox

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in PR or influencer marketing, ideally beauty or fragrance
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with campaign tracking and reporting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influencer marketing and PR tools such as Brand Watch, Tribe Dynamics or Cision
